2025 XMAS Edit Challenge – Entry Form

Entering the ‘Small Edit Christmas Challenge 2025’ Edit Exercise:

1. Create a short film or snippet 
2. All entries must be submitted by Saturday 3rd January.
3. The winner/s clip(s) will be shown on Friday 9th January.

4. There are 3 Themes.  You can do any or all of the Themes. Theme 1 – GREEN SCREEN; Theme 2 – SOUND; Theme 3 – CLOSE-UPS

5. The Bulk of the film/scenes need to revolve around green screens and/or sound (eg. adding sound effects to WW1 footage) and/or close ups. At least one of these categories must be centre stage of the project.
6. Full rules are contained in the email sent 1st December 2025.
7. For this competition only: Because the clips are short, multiple clips may be included in a single download link. 
8. Add your Teams name to the title of your video(s)
9. Provide Three (or more) HD images from your video (1080 x 1920)
10. Create a WeTransfer or Smash link for your video entry (or entries) together with your three (or more) images. (Click HERE to see how to use WeTransfer, or HERE to learn how to use Smash)

Complete the entry form below with:

1. Video makers name *
2. Your email address *
3. Video Title(s) & Length(s) of Video(s)*
4. Brief Synopsis *
5. Your WeTransfer or Smash link  and confirmation of the contents*
6. Your agreement (or not) to the club archiving your video & GDPR agreement*
